Why is there something rather than nothing?
This the title of an IAI debate 

In a sense the question is meaningless because it is saying why - or to what purpose or for what reason, Existence? - without taking account that a purpose is already in motion within which the capacity to ask such a question is itself an answer - but not in the terms of the framing of the question but to the purpose operating beneath or behind the presumptions and self-definitions of the questioner.
However, there are fruits or consequence to every thought accepted and given focus, and one can readily see that our current experience is selected from infinite possibilities and such choices are either spontaneous or seemingly conditioned. "Go forth and multiply" can be said of what you think, what you attract and invest in and what fruits you bring forth. It is the extension of Life in purpose of 'Know Thyself', yet in our human consciousness we largely tend to identify or try to identify with what we are NOT. In trying to be what we are not we forget the wholeness of unified expression that we are. Fearful and guilt-ridden self definition operate such forgetting - within which truth is denied by assertions of self-judgement believed and reacted to as true. Within this confusion of identity the feared truth drives a search for truths that protect or empower the limiting of fear. These operate to redefine and limit the mind so as to seem to be an independent authoritative will or power in one's own right - but beset by threat, adversity and opposition.
Anyway - that preamble was not in my comment on the page but the following is:

THAT anything exists.THAT anything Is - is the most primary Fact that remains TRUE regardless of what it is defined or imagined or believed to be.
That Awareness OF THAT anything Is - is integral to all and every experience of all or any definition, imagination or belief. And the nature of awareness itself is One in All and All are in the One.
Whatever definition, imagination or belief is extended or accepted and acted out from as true of you will be the measure of what you get back. This is always true, but can seem not to be true within the belief that you can get or become more as a result of making someone else less. It is this idea of segregative division that estranges humanity in general from the Communion implicit in the first two truths above.
To know your own unified purpose is joy - which restores the Communion within the creative expression of the gift of Existence.
Everything changes - EXCEPT the first three truths which are simply the nature and function of Mind - within which is all reflected idea known; experienced, shared and forever unfolding anew.
This is another way of saying:
'there is no God but God'.
God is All in All.
As you sow, so shall you reap,
And God Moved upon the 'Waters'
But the idea 'God' has come to mean separate from your any moment - and especially you, or coercive upon 'His' Creation rather that One with, and removed from and irrelevant to Creation (The extension and sharing of the Gift of Existence), which is to such thinking a material objective INDEPENDENT existence. BUT never has a moment of such ever been discovered or known in any way whatsoever - because it can only be known within a consciousness of such structural definitional beliefs as to be experienced in such terms.
The extending of the definitional belief of an INDEPENDENT existence - is reflected in a world of seemingly INDEPENDENT things. Seeking truth or completion or wholeness in a world of ever changing things is looking in the only place where it is not Obvious.
I write to extend what resonates true of me - and yet recognize truth is beyond all definition - and yet a less and less filtered and distortive lens affords a clearer recognition. The mind-layer we tend call consciousness is a device within a larger Consciousness. It does not control or contain the whole but it can serve as a channel through which Consciousness knows itself in the extension and reflection of truly shared experience.

I acknowledge Bashar in this communication - whose information is often profoundly simple yet practical to a readiness to receive it - regardless the packaging it comes in.

Conspiracy theory?

The conspiracy that I see is the conspiracy of the mutual agreement to put an imagined or believed self-interest above the truth - indeed above our own living truth.
This conspiracy has a tiny part on the surface which is the making of alliances and the joining in hate - or the joining in the agreement to judge which ALWAYS 'places' the feeling of guilt OUTSIDE on the other - or sometimes outside the private-seeming mind upon the otherness of the body.

But for the most part it is not a conscious act - even within the meaning of conscious that the ego uses, but an unconscious permission given to a hidden mind to maintain the separative mentality of thought and thought-based identification and experience. This promises us freedom but is a tyrannous will because it expresses the denial of what we actually are - even while promising to protect or guide or fulfil us. But it always speaks to that which identifies with lack - and strengthens it. This polarises into the victimiser and the victim - yet noone but has both of these active to have either of them.

The mind works to present things in different forms and variable contexts in ever shifting ways so as not to be able to see nothing for what it is. Nor to see the solutions or reshuffle of change to be no real change at all. For it works to keep nothing seeming to be something and hides Everything in the appearance of 'something else'.

To repent the conspiracy of the lie, one has to identify it within oneself and choose not to use it. The sins of the world that trigger our reaction are the way to get in touch with that within ourself. If we do not merely react - but open our minds to a truly present awareness - to the Holy Spirit - THEN there is a movement that is accepted, recognized, joined with and given expression - or lived out-from.

Polarized reaction is always the expression of the original error and can only serve to hide the error in new forms of mutually agreed definitions.

Being led to awakening is being led to the end of the self that we took to be our own, and is freely and willingly undertaken within a growing trust that is met with a different basis of living. Of course this brings deep fears into the light - along with the mentality that kept them hidden and would do so again. This IS the opportunity to awaken from the habit of 'going it alone' using the voice of a self judging will - to the grace of our being as we truly are - and not as judgement made us - and all things - to seem.

If you meet a lie or a lovelessness - will you deny your Christ to the crowing of a mind that denies the dawning of light?
Yes - if you meet within a tacit loveless intent.

Look therefore to that love is alive in your heart and extending to your world - as a sense of shared value in your everyday life. Then if trial or a persecution should seem to come upon you, you have a relationship within that you will find the way to hang in with, while saying or doing what is to be said and done - or leaving unsaid and undone what is to be left unsaid and undone.

There is no order of difficulty in miracles, because a lie cannot be more or less true, but where our attachment to an untruth or a wishful rendition held more dear than truth, we will find ourselves struggling as if to keep some aspect of the untrue - apart from the honesty of peace, because we fear that we will lose something dear to us.

In the struggle to protect our investments, we are blind, mean spirited and fearful of threat and enemies - even amongst our allies.
When others act self-righteously in opposition to our error, we easily focus on their errors instead of upon their message, and are if anything reinforced in our own beliefs in the necessity to distrust and defend against change.

The 'ego' doesn't care where it finds a host as long as it can persist. But it works by deception so as to feed its prospective host with a special benefit and personal sense of worth that is not automatically shared with all - but to those who meet the conditions.

So the belief in the ego as residing in oneself as a person or in persons is not true, rather, the belief that gives rise to the personal sense.
"Who do I extend love to?" and "who do I withdraw attention and embrace from?" - rather than being the extension of love that simply knows how to be with whatever it meets as part of its Self.

Jesus could and can talk to and be received by people that society rejects - though he had no time for timewasters. This is not because he is special, but because he is not special.Not so special as to morally denigrate another Life that shares the same Father or Source.

God is no respecter of persons means we are equal in God's Sight. No hierarchy of value or worthiness or status whatsoever. But he does not attack our vanity. He simply does not see it because it is base-less.

The thinking by which the world, and our life in it, are experienced and seemingly shared as reality is disintegrating. Yet what truly has Integrity can therefore shine through and truly share in a world made to limit sharing. This awakens to that we are not and never were as we think ourselves to be, and as we abide in what we are - it becomes in us, rather than an attempt to become something we are not.

Let us breathe with God, and thus truly breathe together and be filled with life anew.
Not around the concepts of God - but as living that shines through when the clouds of concept are released.

Loveless-ness undone

The blight of sin brings,
pervasive lack of light.
All things are turned to hate,
and none so hateful as this self.

Shunning light is but
calling for darkness
to cover the love in which such hurt is felt
with thoughts of any self regard,
to put the hate outside,
that some fragment of a self

Truth in stillness,
most intimate,

such maddening mind

What do you desire be true?

For here is the way illusion rose
to fascinate an entranced attention.

And yet here now are the steps retraced,
before a split in mind occurred.

Give way to what is always wholly given,
and let all things be released
to speak of life anew.

There is no other Life than this,
that Lives and Moves and Knows its Being.

in Gratitude

A grievance

I tell the story of how a situation involving my grievance occurs – and I only tell it so as to validate my continued employment as storyteller.

If I stepped out of that allegiance, as love would have me do - I might remember and acknowledge that I set it up – or 'entered into' or called forth' or gave attention or value to certain thoughts that were and are inherent to the perspective that I suffer.

These knowings – when they surface – need not condemn me – but they do release my brother – and they are clearly seen as the construct that they are – and so I am awakened.

But while I remain convinced that my experience is of reality rather than a construct, I will activate a sense of myself in defence, based on the story I have told myself, against the unloving intent that I ascribe to the other from my own unhealed mind.
