Humans use the body lovelessly by making it the 'home' of the ego and yet also a dumping ground for ‘stuffed down’ life in guilt and anger. Yet our body's tangibility and functionality is identifying the presence of our individuality - which is in truth not divisible or in any way separable from God - the Creative, Sustaining and Guiding Intelligence of all in all.
If 'my will be done' is the essential script for setting up the experience of opposition and conflict - fear and guilt - then “Thy Will be done” is the undoing of such a miscreative illusion.
But “Thy Will be done through me - is a necessary realisation, for only thus do we apprehend or relate to anything as it truly is. There is not a separate God that acts upon any thing. Creation is Extension and not separation. As unified Spirit extends through us, so will awakening to - and as - a restoration of wholeness be the result. But healing proceeds as the release of distortion, confusion and complexity - and in a step by step manner that undoes the split in the mind we share in our experience of conflicted being.
The very notion of oneself alone is meaningless. This applies no less to healing. The great need of the sick is to give the love they have denied themselves. Yet first they may need to receive this love from another - and willingness to receive is a tru gift or acknowledgement to the Giver. All love is of God. In opening to love in its truth and vitality is the dawning of the realisation that they are and have always been love - unified, unconflicted, perfect being. This is the truth of the Heart.
What then of the script of the human life? It becomes of service to the waking of our mind, by not being used to tell the story of separate wills. We learn to teach or demonstrate or give what we want to learn, receive or integrate. Such universal law operates regardless of the values held - but awakened love is the unifying sanity in which all true fulfilment unfolds.
The mind in self illusion wants to define and fix and control - and THAT is the essential handicap from which the heart is healed - all else comes from that - for the experience of the loss of the Universal Light is the 'condition' of sin, in which sickness and death inherently proceed.
Yet if false sense of self and its goals are recognised truly - as unwanted, meaningless, undermining of peace and wellbeing, and futile, it is repurposed to serve unified Will. In every truly shared moment we express the Will that aligns with the Movement of Being. The experience of this - directly felt - is of truth unalloyed. It is turning within - to Source - and allowing that to be all that is - right where you are - that undoes the illusion in which we suffer our creations as if they create us - and afflict us. This is not understandable to thought - but to love. And only they can love who are set free of every humourless intent. We bind ourselves. yet none is bound but by an overlooked and ingeniously hidden desire.
Know truth - and truth shows you - you are free. For nothing is but as you have chosen, albeit in ignorance. Is this a madness that if true means you are guilty? No - it means you are called to awake, repent or release the past and embrace now, and thus release the meanings to which you have sought to force your life, your body, your relationships and the world, to validate and support.
These things are for the heart - the direct intelligence of feeling and knowing that is connected to Reality - to God and thus to all in all.
The recognition that reconnection and renewal and healing is an ultimate priority is often because of hitting ‘bottom’ with regard for attempts to live disconnected, in self illusion and in increasingly meaningless habits of thought and deed.

Imprisoned Will
Imprisoned will is a sense of being denied; a sense of existence within a context of opposition – in which the will tends to harden in self protection and acts callously in self interest. It makes its own version of love that serves to work ‘inside the imprisoned sense of life’ – but this love demands the conditions of self-will to be sacrosanct – or it turns instantly to betrayal and hate.
A sense of limitation can become an accepted set of parameters in which such a sense of a separate life is played out in whatever seeming scenario that involves, and this can vary over more or less dense or confining circumstance, as long as it allows the sense of a freedom to assert and indulge a personal will; to assert judgement.
The self imprisoned mind works to maintain its fantasies so as to minimise its awareness of the discomfort of limitation – and wants to believe it is in fact an independent will expressing a wish for freedom. Yet what this mentality creates as its own experience of reality is simply the active denial of shared will – and shared being - in preference to creating in its own image. Such is the nature of sin. But until there is awakening, here also is the nature of ignorance.
For we do not know the truth of our own being, while we enact a script that arises from the desire to judge - in which we play out the roles of judge and judged; winner and loser; killer and killed. We lose recognition of reality’s love, light and guidance, in the preference to ‘see’ only what we can get from any perceived situation or relationship. A strategic intent to define life in terms of what we can make of it.
Life then takes on the meaning we choose to give it. We maintain such a will, against the flow of the nature of being, and we suffer the loss of an awareness and appreciation of Soul - of life abundant. We starve ourselves of the joy and peace that is our original nature, and become ever more rigidly identified in a fixity of thought and form until we ‘die’.
For we experience, as if we have stolen our life by imposing our own will, and lose the intimate innocence and eternal creativity of being. The consequence is not somewhere down the line as punishment – but instantly - as the perspective of preferring a partial experience of an aspect of life - rather than be in, and of, and as; flowing wholeness. Seperated experience is got from an imaginitive overlay, set in a largely unconscious opposition to the current movement in the heart.
A change of mind is a simple re-evaluation arising from a fresh perspective, yet to the mind that calls on, uses and accepts guilt, there can be no fresh perspective. It believes it is condemned by the power of judgement - such is its god. And it sees separated entities and things in hollow or lightless aspect and forces relationships upon life that have no felt relatingness. For such a mind there can only be the exploitation and management of a separated or fallen world in which all seems to compete for a fragile and fleeting existence. For that is its experience of self.
Opening to a simple willingness to receive - without precondition - as an expression of trust – for even a moment – can allow a reconnection at the heart that restores the heart's perspective to perception in glimpses of awakening that can be felt as salvatory and miraculous. For such is the experience of love to the mind that wakens from lovelessness.
From valuing and growing in such a shared love, grows a willingness and capacity to look at the mechanism in mind - as it operates – so that the conditions of freedom and imprisonment become clearly shown. So much of what we believed freedom was in fact the means to keep our mind in darkness. So much of what we believed was failure, limitation or conflict becomes the means by which we are restored to true freedom - the freedom to be all that we are – and to accept and express shared will – the present and spontaneous movement of the heart in trust.
To recognise that we but imprison ourselves is a similar step to an addict acknowledging addiction.
From such acceptance can all else be restored - such as our desire discovers, in alignment with the awakened shift that released us from fantasy and moved in us as both the call for love – and its answer.
The result of imprisonment believed, expresses as loss, bitterness and a self diminishment – from which one then acts out in reaction. Yet to use the opportunity of any kind of experience of imprisonment to learn of the true nature of freedom, restores peace, humour and compassion. Such are the flowing treasures of life and such cannot be taken from a mind – without collaboration from 'the inside'. Whatever the world or the other seems to do, look to your own heart’s direction.
When we have done our time, eternity welcomes its own.
But first restores our use and experience of time to serve the way of the heart.
Thus we can recognize what can be shared – and appreciate the experience of sharing – letting all else fall away of itself. There is much opportunity to learn and share of life eternal – here within the limitation to a world and self-sense of limitation. Not least of which – is that 'I do not want to indulge the experience of limitation as it costs me the appreciation of living truth'.
And that the Unlimited nature of being is not attained or won or gotten - but is the Birthright of Creation

God shines through
One can say that nothing happens without your will.
In the world this could seem an absurd or fantastic statement.
In one mind it is inescapable law.
But because the ego identity is the denial of your will - the ego is not the one who is choosing anything. It plays no part in reaching the point where God shines through.
But you do.
The ego can be seen to represent seeming choices in a world born out of the idea of an impossible choice that seems to dictate you and your world while you are giving it your attention.
Not unlike an immersive virtual game or movie in which you identify with what seems to be the central character and experience acting upon and being acted upon in dramatic tension and the compulsions and thrills that go with it.
Yet the ego is a choice - even if it is a choice in and by which further choice is dictated - ie - mechanical or compulsive reaction.
From the perspective of the ego - there seems to be a world in which God hardly ever shines through. Or where God's shining through is unrecognized, unwanted and invisible.
Anything we think from within this frame of reference is going to be based on distortion at best.
The assertion or belief that one is unenlightened is not really made with the statement itself - but with all the ongoing movement of attention and desire - choices as to how we see or interpret everything.
To realize that there is nothing at all that one can manipulate into making the experience and awareness of God shining through, might be as crushing a realisation as can be had. Yet "I cant do it" is suddenly recognisable as a Freedom Song! Because as long as there is a hope or belief that you can do it - you will hang in with committment to futility.
True disillusionment is release of illusion and not the chewing over a sense of crushed hope to extract bitter meanings.
The exposure and falling away of the fruitless mind of false desire leaves the way clear for Shared Life to dawn - and to shine.
And this communion occurs and is recognized, as the true context of life, here and now.
You are not - and nothing is - as you think it is.
Nor is thinking, apart and alone, the function that fulfils your being.
You cannot think your way into life - but the intent and attempt to do so is costing the experience of shared life now.
God shining through you.

When Nelson Mandela was imprisoned there were many who wore a badge - 'Free Nelson Mandela'. Every time I saw this I would feel the movement in my heart that said "You are free Nelson Mandela". For love waits on welcome and not on time – and I joined with the welcome of his heart by extending a welcome to him.
