Recognize your brother and world restored to love

Love's Expression is Unified Will that loves to know itself truly One.
This is Alive as the Universal Gift of the Movement of Being.
The mind or purpose of imagination is upheld only by the wish it prevail.
It must agree to hide in darkness to project meanings that seem real.
Welcome the light and release meaningless meanings.
Recognize your brother and world restored to love.
For love's exclusion was only ever enacted by a will to judge yourself.
Be not afraid of what judgement makes,
but let your Living Purpose be to look past it.
I cannot define the Living God in image or thought,
Nor you, dear One.
Howbeit I am deceived,
let me rest the mind its imaginings,
and turn to you in sure faith,
The Spirit of Love is One,
and Wills only to reveal itself.
The seeming will is to be questioned.
Let it not be hidden 'in your brother'
as a thought of love's freedom to hide and seek.
Forgive him utterly for your mind's trespass.
By letting his truth awaken your own.

The truth is in the pudding

The desire to know the truth through the thinking mind is to look to the only place where truth is obscured.
Because you Already know the truth, you can open to the truth through reading or hearing.

"To those who hath, more shall be given".

But to those who have not yet accepted their own knowing, in the wholeness of their being - even that which they believe they hath shall be taken away.

Is love coercive?
No.
Is love revealing Itself in the way and the manner of its communications?
Yes.

The truth is in the pudding.

 

The definitions of thinking are fixing devices that self-validated the mind of the user.
But the use of such a mind by our Holy Spirit, allows an unfixing or loosening of the blocks to the flowing and extension of a trust in our being of life.

In such trust extending - you already feel and are the love that knows and is - and in the moment all things are added you - because they are already one with you - who abide at rest in oneness through your Holy Spirit.

The tension of the attempt to understand is exactly the tension of the attempt to maintain the sense of self apart - and then proceed from such a basis - as if to add to this 'self' and make it real or valid or successful or acceptable. To notice the tension is already to smile in release!

A willingness and desire for understanding, surrenders its 'knowing' and stands under that which Knows. Thus releasing the conditions that filter all outcomes on your own terms - and accepting the silent knowing of your own heart. This may also have association with thought and image - but these will but now reflect what is already moving, already true and already alive - as you. And will be freeing of the burden and tyranny of guilt.

The mind of command and control, of grasping and defining, of holding a will your own that judges and rejects, divides and rules - is an insidious habit, that creeps in un noticed and steals Heaven from your heart without you even noticing you are usurped.

How can this be?

Because what you actively want - becomes the foundation of your mind and experience - and when you believe or assert or accept that you WANT to see something YOUR way - then you are listening to that voice believing it is still part of the Living Universe.

Yet as you grow your capacity to trust-through the sense of self-defined limits and open to the joy and beauty and peace of being - you will also grow in the capacity to discern directly - and not conceal, disguise or defend against - the dissonance that is always felt in the lack of wholeness of a coercive will. It will seem to condemn you - but that is looking at guilt and fear - with guilt and fear. Forgiveness resists not evil - but looks directly upon its presentation in order to release the fixation of guilt. To own and to immediately repent of evil thoughts that can not really be hidden, overcome or escaped, but CAN be released upwards - is to let them pass away unwanted and in passing, reveal the Light that is your truth, your whole truth - and nothing but the truth.

In gratitude, in the song and harmony of the light of your being - do what you will - because your will is at rest in one will. In gratitude and innocence of being is this your natural inheritance.
Yet let one stab of interference seem to cause you to put your peace aside while you deal with 'the intruder' - and you are 'back in the mode of managing reality all by yourself' - and the impulse of wilful self authority  - will not be laughed away and forgotten before it is even active - but will rule with your worshipful obeisance.

And so it is, that a story is shared. There is no truth in any of it, but through the willingness to share. All that knows truth is itself True - and no life could ever leave the Life that it is.

Yet in the world, is the play of the mind in many, that seems to see and seek our love as if outside us - in the world of ever changing appearances. Is this not a most amazing capacity of experience? But is it our heart's desire to keep it so?

Giving all things to God is but the releasing to God of all that was playfully presumed our own - and thus 'taken away' only to then be taken seriously in error.

So in desire for truth and freedom we say, "Take this cup away from me - as it be Your will and not mine".

It is not just the aspects of mind of which we are ashamed or feel threatened in, that we  release - but the mind that fixes pleasure and joy in the world - for the world that we make, stands in place of the world that God's Holy Spirit replaces.
"Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal".

The simplest way to explain how it could be - in practical human words - that the mind of man gives way to the Mind of God; is to desist from your own thinking. Not by act of will - but in response to the Call or Movement of your own being - that rises in your awareness when you pause and consider in willingness to receive and be inspired in your heart and mind as one.

New Testament Revealed in a truly new light

Anyone who is actually called or stirred in awakening from the mental sleep of a taken-for-granted identity of self and world will have experienced a living synchronicity or concurrence between the outer and the inner. The outer form of which may well be helpful, but the inner recognition is of a different order of experience than anything 'in-the-world has or could ever be.

This is a book of awakening and for awakening from a perspective that is itself awakened and which speaks to the same in you.

It is not a book that will offer any relevance for the mind that wants to think that it is who it thinks it is - and that the world is as it believes and judges it to be.

If the title were not already taken, I would call this 'New Testament Revelations' - not because of 'truths' that are given to use in the world as we believe it, but that truth is uncovered to the reader, right where you are - and offered to you to in a gentle and honouring spirit of invitation.

Each 'Book' of the New Testament has a particular voice and approach in NTI (New Testament Interpretations) and all share one purpose; awakening.
Not an idea of awakening others or society or in some future time, but of awakening and opening to the same truth that Jesus lived and shares - of an Intimacy of being that the mind-in-the-world cannot know - that waits but on your welcome and acceptance, to immediately heal the mind of a false association - and by which all things are seen in a new light. Yet this unfolds step by step as free desire and willingness allow and grow.

The basic ego or self sense would start out from a presumption of separateness from everything and seek to get for itself what it thinks best. If that is still what you want you wouldn't still be reading now. Yet our present appreciation and intuition of the truth of Life, Light and Love is constantly being blocked, filtered or distorted by a 'mind' of thoughts of which we are largely unaware and which we allow to essentially control our experience by use of guilt, fear and the illusion of escaping these while yet using them.

But NTI speaks clearer than I on all such things. My essential witness to this work is of its capacity to awaken not just interest or intention, but actually of speaking directly to our present condition, again and again and yet again.
What is it to be brought out from complex and delaying patterns of denial and self justifying habit into a clarity of unified joy? It is to awaken to the true foundation of one's being from which therefore to live out from.

Jesus's demonstration and teaching and the Christed message that is offered through the the New Testament is largely interpreted by minds that do not live as Jesus, see as Jesus or love as Jesus, and this indeed means that much that is given was not understood and has not been understood - because the mind was not ready to accept. Fear always distorts.

This book has appeared in response to a willingness, and in that willingness it is not a book, but a Message of Light to a mind ready to open to the Light of its own true Understanding. Not that there is not also resistance to such an opening - but that there is a conscious willingness to take a step with their Living Spirit, now.

A search online will soon reveal excerpts by which to test the waters - but gently watch where you put your attention - and the purpose in your mind that is  guiding it. Peace knows, because it does nothing to block or deceive knowing all that it is.

Time - and the 'celestial speed up'

Our sense of time is a function of consciousness.

Consciousness of time is an activity that is constantly flitting about. Comparing moments, anticipating and recalling future and past. It all happens so fast that we don't notice it is a construct - which has become second nature to us - a sort of default program running..

But our First Nature is not time bound - for the Spark of Eternity is the Light by which our true mind is lit.

The second nature grew out of the desire to judge good and evil. It is false - for it seeks to determine all things for itself without the Intimacy of God in which Truth is simply revealed.

In order to maintain its sense of separation from God, the mind has to deny its own Source and true nature. Not verbally - but by means of imagination, dissociation, distraction and deceit. To maintain this sense of self and world - as a judging and separated mind in a body - requires a constant vigilance in its defence or protection. But the experience is one of depletion and degradation - such as is depicted in the Bible story of the Prodigal Son.

The personal identity of the would-be separating Son inevitably breaks down - or becomes meaningless despite the investment in the meanings by which it is acted out. As it breaks down, Light dawns. The light of Truth.

We experience the Light of Spirit either through our willingness - or through our resistance.

Through resistance we make the experience of fear, in which we become lost and desperate - running ever faster to escape ourselves as we fear ourselves to be. This is 666; the busyness that never opens into to the Seventh Day in which "Behold - and it is very Good". For such Is our Divine function, to see the presence of love and thereby to be the presence of love extending.

Through our willingness we experience the Light as a flowing present - in which all things take their rightful place - not by the act of human thought - but in the allowing of Truth to Be Itself.

The speed up is a sign of awakening. The awakening begins as a willingness to listen, to ask, to accept and to serve.

The last judgement is That which undoes the mind of judgement:
"Behold my Beloved Son, Whom is My delight!"

Think not this is addressed to only Jesus. Jesus Knew the Father in and through the Son - and calls us awaken likewise. But think neither that it is addressed to the self you make apart and in secret. That which Hears is one with our Holy Spirit, held in trust while seeming to squander our inheritance in journeying away from our heart’s true Home.

Be still of engaging conflicted thought and Know.



When time falls away, Eternity stands forth as the Always.

Our thought and language do not reach beyond our limiting and limited belief and perception.

But God's Language is Creation Infinite and Universal - and His Intimate Inclusion has not been broken, despoiled or at all changed by the mind of forgetfulness and fear. But such a will must be recognised as what it is - and laid aside - or you will use it and believe all that it tells you.



Jesus shows the way. Not in being sacrificed by God or by others - but in freely following the Holy Spirit's Direction; the Voice for God - found in the heart by going within in trust.

The fruits of the Spirit are the Gift of God. "Behold I make all things new!"
This is the undoing of time and death.



Now seems to almost disappear in a seamless and linear timeline of experiences in the world.
Yet now expands to become the edgeless Movement of the very Mind of God in the acceptance of God as First and Only.

What does this mean but that we make our own mind up in self image and defend it against truth by giving it priority? It is time to wake up to this and stop.


All are called, but few choose to listen. But all are called and all will choose to listen.
For none can abide or withstand the truth - and we shall be undone of self-illusion.
The Spirit of God is One.  And his Thoughts are Like Him in kind and in nature.

This might seem to condemn the divided mind - but that is yet another thought of judgement and thus further deceit.

Judge not - stop using the mind to divide and rule. It cuts you from your true Life - which waits your welcome where you left it.

Let the mind that was in Christ Jesus - the Holy Spirit - be your discernment.

Be the willingness that gives welcome - and keeps not resistance hidden as protection of sin. But let it be known as it is and thus be seen truly - and healed.

These things are coming to pass within the mind that yet sleeps and remembers not.
But look not to another time or a time soon. Look to the now of time - and let your willingness find you in the nick of time.

For joy and love shared - in peace -  Is your salvation.

The mind may seem to stray and forget. But it is to the Living Truth in You that He says "Go in peace and sin no more".

Go with your Holy Spirit and without the thoughts of confusion and conflict. For such is the way of peace

Look to where you set your treasure - for by this choice do you set all else true or false.

Temptation, self-will and release

We may not recognize temptation as what it is - but take it to be the voice of our own heart and mind - when it is but thoughts of spiritual death - presented as desire for a self projection and protection.

In Gethsemene, Jesus found this desire for a separate will was still active in him when he had thought to have relinquished it entirely - for he found his peace upset when his disciples could not watch and pray with him. he recognized this experience as witness to his own self-will and immediately returned tothe Father to offer it up.

And dis likewise yet again - until his peace was witness to the truth of one Will.

Our self-based experience - which is our ‘take’ or interpretation of our nowness - is our self and our world - both. It is of the nature of a duality.

But it is not Truth - for we can experience unlike Truth, through the use of judgement, imagination, wishful thinking and desire. I can experience myself as I am not - and suffer as if it were true.

Without Truth's perspective - we could not know our self made illusion was unreal - for it would be all in all to us.

But behind (and before) the dreaming of the self in a world made flesh - is the Peace and Presence of Truth that is your direct and living Eternality. Its Light is one with the light of your own awareness, and its awakening and remembrance is the transformation of a dream of a life in fear and darkness, to a communioned life in joy and trust.

An image that came to me that speaks of the falsely identified self  - is of turtle island. Where 'we' live out our life stories on a world that seem solid  - until the turtle moves. Excepting the Being-ness of God - is not an Alien Will that 'nothings' us - but is the Source and Truth of All that we Truly are - even within our self projecting desire.

The self-desire is a seeming contra-movement to the Self Extending Inclusion. And from its standpoint - we think, and act out from a Thought "I" -  and we experience ourselves body exclusively - which is to say we forget the Mother/Father - the Allness and Nowness of Direct Being.

Instead we have a fragmented experience of now - defined and separated wilfully - yet experienced as if the world does it to us.

The release of the self-will - (Which is the corollory of the acceptance of a life in love and service to Life Itself) - necessarily involves the recognition of the thought-desire for what it truly is - and its release.

Our nowness is an always on, feedback device. If it speaks of limitation - then there are currently limiting thoughts affecting our interpretation or appreciation of reality.

Now Jesus was apparently 'limited' with and by extreme conditions of unlove, the acting out of denial upon the body. But his nowness was of the Father. When false questioning was applied to him - he answered Not - but remained at one in peace of the Truth of a Wholly Loving God.

How so - but by the Love of the Father Who Knows His Son as He Is.

And not as the Son can imagine himself to be; in opposition or competition with any aspect of himself.

So the release of the self-will is an always already-now response to the substitute nowness that we take to be living in the world as limited power.
And is the automatic result of not hiding or disguising seperation thoughts in the dark - but of allowing them to be revealed in Light - as they are.

Paul (of Tarsus) fought against self-will and therefore identified with it as real. This is not a cause fro blame but a cause to stop, look and listen anew. There can seem to be an Enemy to God, to Life and to Love. And the temptation to see this outside ourselves is a most fundamental - but misguided - self protection.

That such an evil will is our own self surely demands that it be obliterated, damned - put out! - says confusion.

Be still and listen Only for Truth's Guidance. Suffer not to react on the basis of confusion but wait on the Spirit of the One God, whose signs and fruits are known in secret - in the Heart - that the world knows not.

To take one step in Guidance, is to allow alignment with God now. And the experience will of itself reflect the true alignment. But the attention is in the trust and light of the restored Communion and not in the world of form.

The temptation to see in terms of form is the forgetting of Purpose - whose forms always serve Meaning and not a multiverse of made up meanings.

This guilt-logic of death as a price or sacrifice as payment, has never made sense – not has it ever extended the Sense that Is the Holy Spirit.

The mind of sin is simply the mind or intent to have ‘my will and not Thy Will be done’. 

While such is identified with and ‘loved’ – it costs the appreciation of Life Eternal – and therefore brings the wage of ‘death’ WHILE it is engaged. Dramas and apparent conflicts ABOUT this mentality are simply subtle strategy to persist in employing it – in place of aligning with Living Truth. Such activity is,in effect is “all about me”. But it is a false sense of self and so can only result in deception.

Thirst for Truth does not depend on a magical ‘Jesus’ – but on likewise freely laying down the personal will in acceptance and trust of Only the Father’s Will. The Father’s Will is the Movement of Being discovered in stillness of self-creating thought and judgement. It Is Truly Present - while our attention is wilfully yet ignorantly distracted from Living presence.

The Holy Spirit is the Intelligence and Voice and Guide to the Son of God in forgetfulness of His Father. Ask and it shall be Given. Seek and you shall find. If the fruits are not of God’s Wholeness – then ask yourself what am I asking and where am I seeking for answers?

To kneel in the heart to the Christ is to acknowledge the First and accept right relationship as Second, like unto the first but the son or extension of – and not a power or self in its own right.

It is through the apparent death of the ‘son of Adam’ – that awakened love knows itself anew and in holiness. For it is by assuming the mind or power of judgement that the appreciation of the Father's Light in All That Is, is usurped, and instead is experienced a self and world that testifies to an orphaned will. Such is the power of your faith - given to judgement, division, war and death.

The forms this takes vary for each of us but the meaning is universal. The Cross symbolizes this – as does the Resurrection awaken and rise beyond symbols – but the mind in sin will not see holiness excepting ‘outside itself’, in some other world or from some god of ‘otherness’. The desire for the Light is the dawning of the Light – but seen externally. Such was John the Baptist.

Clearly the mind in sin cannot ‘live’and see God. You must be Spoken For through your willingness to love as God Loves.

Man cannot ‘do’ this. A laying down of the ‘doing’ is the fruit of the prayer of the heart; “Show me, that I may follow in the way WITH You”.

“With You” is not a life alone, nor a contracted arrangement of separated selves. It is the Living Love that receives as it gives and gives as it receives.

It seems we can receive evil and suffer ill. This must be challenged in our own mind, perception and thought – or we succumb to the dissonance of sin as if it were creator of our being – instead of recognising it as feedback to prompt Awakening of the heart’s discernment. Watch and Pray.

Be aware – by the Light that Is Given you – and abide in the heart that recognises Light. Insanity is a veil upon True Sight. By giving attention and therefore value, to the Holy Spirit within, the mind possessed of its own thought is disregarded, passed by, put behind.

A New Earth rises from the restoration of the alignment of what before was called inner and outer. The Second Coming is the awakening of the Christ through humanity – and is near – not in time and space – but nearer – where the double vision always overlooks.

The essence of Religion is restoration of the human to the Divine. It matters not the forms – excepting they serve Purpose. God is the Supreme Identity – but not an image or concept of God. Man in ignorance and sin seeks identity in religion as in everything – yet cannot find his home excepting he remembers his Source.

PS - I felt a beauty of truth in the article to which I responded - and my response is a joining with this to let the beauty be free of the cage of guilt. For 'the death of the Son of God' is an oxymoronic contradiction that needs to be undone. You could say Jesus's acceptance of Our Father's Will is the undoing of death. My part in accepting God is the removal of the conditions and blocks that I have erected and maintained in ignorance and confusion.
Free will is to be freely and willingly given back to the truth.
This is not a sacrifice - though we may deeply fear it so. The Holy Spirit is the Guide. When fear usurps true guidance we see all things awry. And suffer our exclusion.

Beliefs that make experience

Beliefs that make experience are not called beliefs. It is lived and called reality.

While the experience of acting on and being acted upon is engaged, the 'self' program runs, with the power of your attention and intent.

But your selflessness IS your love, your wholeness and peace - the very IS of you.

And while you can engage in thought based experience - you cannot rest in it - but by hiding truth and maintaining a hidden or private mind. And any such 'rest' is but illusion of peace - of false promise and no substance. For beneath its surface lies a selfish will that cares for nought but itself and its own ends.

Such a simple thought engaged with and given (your) life becomes such a convoluted complexity of conflicted experience that it has become blinded to the obvious and direct living truth - or even any association with such an immediacy. For the belief in the power of sacrifice is bedrock to all else that follows on.

To such a mind that begins to feel the Call, the Holy Spirit works within its mind - with its mind - to teach it, one step at a time, so as to undo the errors by which it gives its power away for a pain seen as pleasure. And it would not be kind to open the mind before it is ready, to the steps which it is not yet able to accept. Nor would such a step be seen as a step by an unwilling mind.

The 'short cut' is not to get somewhere quicker - but to fully engage the step in which the Call is felt - Now.

The teaching of the Holy Spirit uses all things. There is no way of truly evaluating ANYTHING - apart from the direct guidance of the Holy Spirit. And in such a true evaluation, you can discover what something IS for you now. It may be that it is not something relevant or needful to be attended by you, it may be that it is a nonsense, or a prompt, reminder, a touch or a remembrance. But this is of the Intimacy of your being. To trade this for an authoritative stance to take in the world is the original sacrifice re-enacted.

But in the gratitude and peace of loving is also to be the expression of something that teaches the giver of what he or she has received. This has the way of itself carried within itself, and may touch others so that they feel their own Holy Spirit Call.

I personally abhor the religions of sacrifice - yet am not as free of its tenets as my little mind would claim - or I would rest beyond all claims that seem to prove loss or suffering of any kind - while remaining an instrument of its undoing.

The willingness to make the journey of undoing - involves occasions of direct exposure to the raw hurt and hate - within a larger context of trust. The mind and its experience during such events is anything but 'spiritual' or spiritualizable. And among its voices are those that speak of betrayal, abandonment, and a tortured defeat into an abject loss of validity or power. But it is a lie - even if you have the wounds handy to back it up. To the lie - I say with Rumi - "listen NOT". Yet the mind that makes the lie believes it - and cannot not listen to it. Holy Spirit is the Mind in which I listen for the Heart and This I is NOT the 'me' I think I am. It is practicing the Holy Spirit that teaches me 'I am that I am' - because That Which Lives through me - (as all that is presence-ing itself in awareness) - is before the world, beyond the world and yet the recognition of the world restored to truth.

Who is here reading that has not love and gratitude for true guidance?

None.

And it is the same for all because it is perfectly individualized to each equally - at every step.

Does that mean that we are really guided to conflict? No. That is to let the self in again.

We are oft guided through the enactments of apparent conflicts that are undone as we are willing to look upon them as within our own thought.

How could I ever have thought to condemn?!

(That is meant as the laughing away of a seeming problem - and not a serious question!)

NOTE: This writing arose from a conversation relating to the following writing by Rumi

"The Grapes of My Body." The grapes of my body can only become wine After the winemaker tramples me. I surrender my spirit like grapes to his trampling So my inmost heart can blaze and dance with joy. Although the grapes go on weeping blood and sobbing "I cannot bear any more anguish, any more cruelty" The trampler stuffs cotton in His ears: "I am not working in ignorance You can deny me if you want, you have every excuse, But it is I who am the Master of this Work. And when, through my Passion, you reach perfection, You will never be done praising my name." ~Rumi

And my first response to it was:

The grapes of my body are the fruit I tried to make by myself - separated from the vine.

And while myself is unquestioned as separate, I resist Communication and suffer as if I am being trampled down and crushed by the misperceptions of conflicted mind.

In wakened truth I know this speaks not for the truth of my heart - and must be disregarded - that the truth shines clearly at its source.

And this Light is the undoing of the self I'd thought alone - whose struggles to regain the dark in which to appear real are logical from a premise of ignorance,

but in awakening I claim divinity and rest in the authority of the heart. I claim Self by accepting to no other.

My passion is not conflicted and polarised changing states - but is the presence of perfect love - perfecting the instrument of its expression.

Whose function and service is the ever and always beholding of the only and living G-d.

By this and by this alone am I.

Secret or Esoteric Knowledge

One of the reasons that spirit knowledge has been and often is hidden or secret among those who come to awaken is because its realisation is hidden or secret from the ego.

Why?
Because ego identity = collusion to be secret and hidden from God-Awareness-Love.
= refusal to look within.
For to look within = to see only the Christ.
All the hate-fear-guilt-shite is the barrier to looking within that is designed to be effective in protecting ego from truth’s awareness arising in ... you.

Such a distorted orientation sees not the love – but only fearful heresy.
Such a mentality sees not innate innocence – but sin and guilt.
Such a mentality sees not – but is fascinated by its own denied thoughts and intentions.
And ‘loves’ to hate them.
And is ‘exonerated’ by their 'destruction' or excommunication.
And has ‘peace’ that evil is allayed and held without.

Thus Jesus, love incarnate, truths expression - was killed.
In belief of his death some came to accept this, seeing only validation of the old mind in fear and judgement.
For they yet worship death as giver of meaning, with power even over life.
Because the symbol of the killed love serves their desire for divine favour in ‘obedience’ to ‘Scripture’ where they can hate, fear or deny in 'righteousness'.

But love is not dead.
Indeed is your only Life.
'He' shows you where to look.
Why tarry with the dead?
Here is a feast that grows by its sharing.

If some hold that God created them separate like a clay figure and blew life into it – then anything that undermines that symbol of separation may be seen heretical – demonic – fearful and hated.
Therefore it may be both unwise and uncompassionate to suggest to them directly:

That Gods Gift is our life – and never leaves God to become fenced off around a separated will
– EXCEPT –
by the continuance of the desire to exert such a will – and then
– ONLY –
to the mind that thus chooses to engage the wish.

But should any come to you and are shown by promptings and signs to be willing – then let flow as Spirit directs. This may be to speak entirely in pottery terms! - that isn't important – but the sharing and acceptance of love is important.

Let people believe as they choose – but in peace with them be willing to teach from the Spirit awake in you – as you are moved.

You know you are moved by Spirit when you are shown your brothers and sisters in Spirit. For unless you see their worth – how can you give them what they have denied themselves? For such is the way of salvation from self-made self-apart.

The desire to teach according to yourself with or without scripture is an old desire and it is as tares among the wheat.
Beware the desire to judge yourself or you will judge all and know them not nor the life in you.
Reach beyond the way you know, in humility and yet in faith of One wholly worthy of faith.

Watch with Me, as we together walk, from shadows into Light.
Forgive yourself for sleep, though again and yet again – for sleep is the nature of the world unawakened.
The past is gone as you release it – and the self you let Me grow in you through your giving is of eternal being.

So Be it.

New Testament reveals your awakening - as you are willing to accept

What is it that makes your life Alive - and leads to a greater fuller appreciation and participation in life?

Joseph Campbell’s famously invited his students to 'follow your bliss'. This was meant profoundly in terms of a very soul sense of vocation or calling. Doing so might not fit into the structures of social expectations - but always expresses the passion and presence of being.

Joseph Campbell is known and valued for his work exploring myth, symbol and story as the evidence of a common spiritual intelligence and calling, in all of humanity, from its primitive beginnings through to the higher consciousness or transformative realisations of spiritual awakening.

I see this common spiritual intelligence as many in form and yet as one in spirit and I call it Holy Spirit - though It doesn't mind what terms or symbols are used to bring your attention present within.

Know that the Holy Spirit is yours and is you, and so it is within you. It is your own guide that leads you from the prison you have made to the freedom that you are. Seek no place else, except within. Seek within your own Heart for that which you want, and ask it to lead you to your place of freedom. Then go with it as it asks, doing as it commands, seeking not for another way to be free. For it is your Holy Spirit that remembers freedom for you, and so it is your Holy Spirit that will lead you to return to it there.

The above is from a book that I have the highest regard for and have welcomed as an ongoing companion: 'The Holy Spirit's Interpretation of the New Testament, A Course in Understanding and Acceptance'. (NTI in short - New Testament Interpretations), it was written by Regina Dawn Akers within a process of guided listening. This book is literally written from a place of open willingness in trust and its message speaks directly to the awakening in our minds - because that IS the true message of the New testament - as well as the ONLY function of the Holy Spirit. That is my witness - but don't take my word - or its message - as truth. Listen in your heart to discern whether your truth is speaking to you.

The approach of ‘Holy Spirit Interpretation’ is that of using the symbol and story in our mind to teach the mind what it is, and what you are not - for our own minds have become confused and act as if they are subjects to their own thinking. We have become those ‘who know not what they do’.

Do we not each tend to believe and experience ourselves as if we are in fact the central character in our own version of a script that we interpret and accord reality to?

We may not on surface think we are trying to think or make reality - and that we are just ‘being ourselves’ - but if being in silence brings restlessness, discomfort or agitation, it is a symptom of a running program of compulsive thinking that has as part of its purpose the function of covering over your truth with what you are thinking. It is as if our so called conscious mind is defended against what truth actually is - and what we actually are - in order to maintain a wish to act out and be in its own determination of truth.

One aspect of false ‘self’ is that it is a mask. A presentation that is designed to serve a purpose or desire in the one who adopts it.
As a masked presentation we may get satisfactions from maintaining and strengthening our mask - but these only serve to deepen our identifying with it as if it were our self.
But the only real fulfilment in life is felt in the heart of who we actually are - and can never be experienced or accepted in who we are trying to be - or indeed attempting to 'not be', in attempt to escape what we fear we are or judge against.

The masquerade is demonstrably a way that we can use our mind - but equally obvious is that it does not bring the experience of joy freely shared - for it engages in self limiting thought - so at some point it always inevitably runs out of juice. We might experience this as crisis of meaning or identity and, as a result, begin a process of reconnecting with our Original Mind or the True desire of the heart. And learning to live from a restored sense of Grounded life.

Unlike the complexity and self-identifications of our own thinking processes, movement of true desire, arises from our peace or wholeness of being - and though we may 'hear it' in terms of the content of our mind, it carries a tone and quality that transcends our our fragmented and dissociated sense of 'command and control' self - and restores a sense and awareness of communion, connection and purpose arising from the heart itself.

In terms of the human world-mind, following our calling will shine a light and will also be the path that we accept in which light is seen - where darkness seemed to be.
‘Light’ here is used for inspiration, joy, truth, passion and presence.
‘Darkness’ is used here to represent ignorance, belief in guilt or unworthiness, fear, conflict and facade.

Here is a snip in from NTI (New Testament Interpretations - NTI for short). It arose from searching within it for the text 'true desire' and choosing the first findings that offered a sketch of the book’s message. It is - as I say direct and to the point - but never coercive. It is in your own heart that you discern and accept truth. This is your freedom and it that is itself true.

"This is how death and resurrection are to be acted out through you:
Truth cannot die, so Truth need not be resurrected. Truth simply Is, and it always Is without beginning and without end.
What is it, then, that must die? What is there to be resurrected?
Your belief in illusions must die so that your awareness of what Is may be resurrected through you. (v. 7 – 12).
Your belief is expressed through thought. Above all else, watch your thoughts. What are you allowing your thoughts to think? Are you thinking of the illusion of the world as if it is real? If so, you are expressing your desire to accept the veil of darkness. Is this your true desire? If not, why do you permit yourself to express it through the activity of your thoughts?
Watch your thoughts. Ask them to express your true desire. Your thoughts must do as you ask, because you are the thinker of your thoughts. Let them express your true desire, and if they do not, let them go. (v. 13 – 15).
Fix your eyes and your thoughts on the true desire of your heart, not because it is your hope for the future, but because it is your reality now. You are what your heart tells you you are. You do not see it, because you do not focus yourself there.
Focus on the world, and you will believe the world. Believe the world, and you choose to keep the veil, which hides your truth.
Focus on your heart in all of your thoughts, and you choose not to choose the veil. You choose that the veil may be lifted, so you may see your truth and your brother’s truth, and to know in the joy of your heart that it is true". (v. 16 – 18).

The New Testament itself is rich in inspiration but also controversial and often confusing because it is interpreted by minds that are not free of guilt and fear. Holy Spirit is free of guilt and fear and can translate and interpret the mind by which we believe them so as to release or undo the false mind that arose from making judgement.

The term 'Holy Spirit' points to the living Voice for God - or Living Truth - for even as the human mind seemed to separate in the ‘fall’ from Eden, our truth remains that part of our mind which never left nor can leave its Source. And to the mind experiencing separation, serves the function of guide and awakener to restore your self to You.

It is this Voice and Mind that Jesus felt, heard, discerned and gave witness to - and became one with - and called (down) to our attention. It is not an external 'Authority' that can be used in the world for manipulation - but is the Guide within that - according to your willingness - reveals your true desire to you. It is holy because it is altogether present and without guilt and is spirit because what is, IS - beyond belief or concept - but is known by its effect or fruit in our heart and in our lives.

Desire is the creative force. What you hold in your heart will call forth and govern all that comes from it. But to release the heart of your demands and listen for the movement or prayer that is already there is to awaken to the life that is. Waking up is not something that the ego mentality does - it is the dawning in the mind that the ego mentality is an ego mentality - and nothing need be done to it or with it. It is put behind and released regardless of its recurrence as a habit.

The voice for ego is legion - yet it is all one illusion. It is that which hides love from you and hides you from love. The most significant thing that can be said is that when you look upon it - you clearly will see that you do not want it or what it offers. It is this that withdraws its only support.
Yet it will attempt to use your mind to convince you not to look on it, and it is bringing and maintaining willingness to persist in asking the heart amidst temptation to fear, doubt or judge against yourself or another in your stead.

"When you do not seem to know how to become an empty shell, it is because you are focusing on your head, or better-said, on your thinking mind. Your thinking mind will not teach you how to not think. Your thinking mind is interested in its own survival, so it will take the time you give it to think some more.
When you notice your mind is full, and you want to become as an empty shell, you must refocus your mind from your head to your heart. Your heart will teach your mind the way of release, because your heart is love. (v.s 1- 3)..
Your heart, being of love, knows one purpose, and that is love. Your head, being of thinking, knows many purposes, because that is thinking. Let go of the confusion of the head, and focus yourself on the purpose of the heart. Focusing on one purpose leads you clearly in one direction, but focusing on many purposes does not lead you at all".

As you sow so shall you reap

As you sow so shall you reap.

“You made your bed and now you have to lie in it!”

If we lie to make our bed, we will tend to believe that we are actually in it and then interpret all things as if our view were true. But we cannot be out of accord with our hearts without suffering discord. We may be ingenious in our ways to manage this - but lack of peace in the heart is simply the cost of being out of true.

Peace of heart is not a mere quiet - but is the capacity and presence to behold glory, the spontaneous rising joy in freedom, a countenance divine. This is life - and the wages of sin are death because this life remains unrecognised, unshared - though it is all around!

The idea of divine punishment is insane. It perpetuates insanity. God doesn't do it so it must be a twist of mirrors and shadows and smoke. To be out of accord with our own truth - our own essential nature - is uncomfortable. The Intelligence that is divine offers this warning so as if to say; “Stop trying to do what cannot work and return to your right mind”.
And if you return your mind to the heart and be rested you will find the discord is not here.

But in wilfulness we may persist in spite of warning and continue to engage in privately asserted agendas that express “I want it thus!”. And perceive the dissonant warning as an obstacle to be overcome, a threat, an enemy. And so we make war on life in order to get our way - and suffer our own attack. Yet though we diminsh and become worn down by travails we fight to retain the right we think is ours, to determine by our own judgement, what is good and what is evil - according to the particular goals we have set in our seriously imaginary experience. Imaginary - because it overlays the present with images of the past, and with anticipations of the future. Asserts reality itself to be disconnected bits that can be arranged to suit, and makes a story of itself that becomes more dear than life itself.

Sowing and reaping need to be brought present and then they do not need to relate to a future retribution or reward - but to the now.
As you are sowing so shall your harvest be known by you.
This is the heart of the Golden Rule - give as you would receive - for it expresses truth.
You set the measure and are measured therby. To give as God gives is to let no measure be set and to practice this is to teach as you would learn.

What I choose to learn and teach now sets the criteria by which all else will either be revealed in light or hidden in the dark. What do I want?
There are many who think they want to stay hid in the dark, but I trust they will change their mind as I allow my own to be changed - for we share one mind.
Giving is simply the unwithholding of the thought or life we receive. It comes to us eternally new and pure but we have mostly forgotten it in our mental shackled movie house.

The mind that makes cause and affect into a punishment is that which believes its own guilt and sees it everywhere. It is the mind that knows not what it does. It is your mind and yet by light you are and know and have your being. You have not left your Cause.

Remembrance is the Heart's sanity restored to the mind.
